2. Reservations & Bookings

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation email with a valid booking number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in

Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and check in. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Cancellation Policy

Special rates, promotional offers, and advance purchase bookings may have different cancellation terms as specified at the time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payment details are processed securely through our payment partners.

• A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee the reservation
• Prepayment may be required for certain rates
• Incidental charges require a valid payment method at check-in
• All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Hotel Policies

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to evict guests engaging in disruptive behavior without refund.

Smoking Policy

Citylights Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of ₹5,000 will be charged for smoking in rooms.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals. Please contact us in advance if you require accommodation for a service animal.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Damage charges will be applied to the payment method on file.

6. Limitation of Liability

Citylights Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your reservation. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Citylights Hotel and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Medical Tourism Services

For guests utilizing our medical tourism services, additional terms apply. We act as a facilitator between guests and partner hospitals but are not responsible for medical outcomes or hospital services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
